Really enjoying this! The solar panel is makes it super convenient, and the smart features add a lot of fun to birdwatching. The app is mostly user-friendly, but it is a little bit difficult to setup. Still, it's a fantastic product that brings so much joy to my backyard! Highly recommended.

How do I connect my Vakiav?

No bird cripping? No red light?

Please make sure the device has power first. If the device is powered and there is no bird sound or light, turn on the switch and use the reset pin to press the small hole above the switch. After a short while, you will hear birds chirping and the device will flash red!

Can more than one person connect to one Vakiav?

Our equipment supports unlimited personal use, you can share it with friends or family, and share tutorial videos:

How is it charged?

Please turn the switch on to charge the device. The green light will flash while the device is charging and will stay on when fully charged. Kindly wait until then before unplugging it.

Can't I jump to the next page after scanning the QR code?

There are two situations where it will be impossible to jump to the next page:
1. The selected network format is not 2.4G. Please check the attached video to confirm whether the currently connected WiFi network is 2.4G. (https://youtu.be/rTer-Ze6tRk)
2. The WiFi account password is entered incorrectly.

How long does the battery last?

The battery life depends on how many photos you take and how much you stream the video feed, lasting anywhere between 5 and 15 days. If you want to keep the stream running constantly, you can plug Vakiav into a power source and never lose sight of what's happening in your backyard. You can also choose to purchase the solar roof add-on for continuous charging during daylight!
